PLEASE REVIEW OUR CANCELLATION POLICY BEFORE BOOKING, its located under the "Rates & Policies" tab.

When picking a site please keep in mind the SITE SIZE (listed on each site number) and whether or not your RV will fit into this site. If you're not sure please call (530) 265-4306. If you arrive to camp and you have booked a site you do not fit into, you will be asked to leave with NO refund. It is your responsibility to make sure your trailer/RV fits the site you book. 

Each site comes with 4 people and 1 vehicle. Each site can only hold up to a max of 8 people and 2 vehicles (these are considered extras). If you are planning to have more than 8 people and 2 vehicles please book the appropriate amount of sites to accommodate your group. Should you bring more than 8 people and 2 vehicles for one site, those people and cars will be asked to either book another site (if there is availability) or to leave if we are at capacity.

We have a 2 night minimum for reservations and a 3 night minimum on Holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July when it falls on a Friday or Monday, & Labor Day). It is your responsibility to book the appropriate amount of nights on a holiday weekend. 

We highly suggest you DO NOT book multiple sites for others unless you want to be held responsible for last minute back outs.

THERE IS NO CELL SERVICE or WiFi AVAILABLE!!!!!

Be advised if you're making a reservation during Fall, Winter, and Spring months we do get rain and snow. We do not offer refunds for weather, we do offer a one-time reschedule for SNOW only (however sites and dates are not guaranteed for reschedules). Please note this one-time reschedule cannot be cancelled or rescheduled for a refund. See the cancelation policy located under the "Rates & Policies" tab. 

River Conditions: Due to the changing nature of the South Fork of the Yuba River we do not make exceptions to our cancelation policy. The river experiences different spring runoffs each year, therefore we cannot guarantee or predict swimming conditions during the time of your reservation. 

Due to BEAR activity TRASH CANS are located behind the office and no longer at campsites and are available up to 7PM. We will pick up bags of trash at your site if you'd like a curbside pick up by 2PM, but no later. After 2PM all bags need to be taken to the cans behind the office. If there are no cans out, do not leave trash on the ground. Also, no dumping of food trash inside the restroom facility trash cans. 

All Side by Sides are required to carry fire extinguishers!!!

*WINTER CAMPING!!!! Please note that our bathrooms are closed from the Monday following Thanksgiving weekend to about April 1st due to freezing pipes. This means that we CANNOT accommodate TENT campers during those times. Campers must be RV's with access to a bathroom. You can fill your water tank up at site #18 and #35.

EV's: We currently CANNOT accommodate the charging of Electric Vehicles. Please plan ahead to charge your EV before arriving to River Rest.

ABSOLUTELY NO CONFETTI or WATER BALLOONS ALLOWED!!!!!!!

All reservations are paid in advance at the time of booking for the current year. When booking for the following year your payment is considered a deposit and will be subject to a rate increase, and paid at check in. 

Check In time is 3PM and Check Out time is 2PM. Should you plan to arrive early there is a $15 Early arrival fee as well as a Late check out (must be approved prior to arrival or departure by emailing or calling). Arrival before 10AM will be charged for an additional night. 

After completing your booking, please check to make sure you received your confirmation email. If you have not please contact (530) 265-4306 ASAP.

By booking a site at River Rest Resort you are agreeing to the terms of our rates and policies. If you should have any questions about them please reach out by phone (530) 265-4306 or email riverrestresortwaca@gmail.com for clarification. 

All cancelations and changes to reservations are done by email to riverrestresortwaca@gmail.com only. Please DO NOT reply to the reservation confirmation or payment confirmation emails to cancel as we do not send or receive responses through those email addresses.
