Enjoy the high country waters of The Yuba River! Situated in the quirky Little Town of Washington California, River Rest Resort offers RV and tent camping for nature lovers of all ages. Whether you are tubing down the clear cool water on a hot summer day, or riding the ridge line of the sierra mountains in your ATV with your family and friends, River Rest Resort is here for you to start and finish your day.

Newer to our campground is the Coffee Claim coffee and smoothie cart. Stevie serves up some great espresso drinks, yummy smoothies, and delicious Italian sodas. Stevie is a Washington local who owns and operates the Coffee Claim and we are so lucky to partner with him.

We are located just 30 minutes from the Historic Nevada City where you can find a plethora of shopping and fine eats. And, only 40 minutes to hit the slopes or take a dip in Lake Tahoe. On the way to Reno? Stop here in Washington for a night of sweet sleep along the South Fork of the Yuba river.

About Washington

The bar is open 7 days a week and the restaurant is open Thursday-Sunday 9am-9pm.
